Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

This policy applies to all purchases made through Upscale Travel Group and Sleepless Weekends, including event tickets, bus ride reservations, and weekend travel packages.

Event Tickets

All event ticket sales are final. Tickets are delivered immediately to the email address provided at checkout via your Shopify order confirmation. Please verify your email address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for tickets sent to an incorrectly entered email address. If you do not receive your ticket, check your spam or junk folder before contacting us for assistance.

Bus Ride Reservations

Bus ride reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed. Seat assignments are subject to availability and may be adjusted for operational reasons.

Weekend Travel Packages

Weekend travel package sales are final upon purchase. Packages include accommodations, transportation, and/or activities as described at the time of booking. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or unused portions of a package.

Event Changes & Cancellations

In the event of a schedule change, venue change, or cancellation by the organizer or a third-party vendor, Upscale Travel Group and Sleepless Weekends are not responsible for losses arising from those changes, including travel costs incurred independently of the package. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any known changes to ticket holders and package guests.
